The manga continues with a description of what happened in Boruto after starting with a fight between a young Boruto Uzumaki and an enemy named Kawaki that occurs after the devastation of his village: The latest information-filled Naruto movie. [3] The Seventh Hokage Naruto Uzumaki’s son Boruto harbors hatred against him for placing the concerns of the community above those of his family. At that point, Boruto teams up with Mitsuki, an artificial son made by Orochimaru, Sarada Uchiha, the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura Uchiha, and other allies. They are all members of a ninja unit led by Konohamaru Sarutobi, a Naruto ally who underwent Sarutobi’s training. In his letter to Naruto, Sasuke informs him about the impending threat presented by Kaguya tsutsuki and his goals. Sasuke has returned to the town. Boruto asks Sasuke to help him get ready for the upcoming Chunin exam in an attempt to make a good impression on his father. In order to use kurama, a tailed beast imprisoned within Naruto’s body, to revive the dying Divine Tree in their home world, Momoshiki and Kinshiki tsutsuki, a couple that Sasuke met, abduct Naruto as he is taking the exam. The heads of various ninja villages, Boruto, Sasuke, and the four Kages, have set out to rescue Naruto since he is in danger. Momoshiki, who had sacrificed Kinshiki to strengthen his own power, is beaten by Boruto, Naruto, and Sasuke at the conclusion of the fight; nonetheless, he manages to live long enough to reveal to Boruto his entire potential and warn him of upcoming difficulties. After he has recovered from the fight, Boruto realizes that he will one day develop into someone like to Sasuke, and he advises Sarada to continue her goal of becoming Hokage.
As part of his second task, Boruto protects Tento, the Fire Daimyo’s son, by serving as his bodyguard. In this period, Boruto and Tento come to the realization that they share the yearning to be acknowledged by their respective dads. Tento is taken hostage by the Mujina, a group of outlaws, but Boruto is able to rescue him. However, since he is aware of Momoshiki’s mark on Boruto, the leader of the Mujina gang is detained. Naruto and the others learn that a group is searching for people who have the Karma insignia. The name of this group is Kara. The team lead by Boruto encounters Kawaki, a boy with Karma who is on the run from Kara. Kawaki is accepted as a part of the Uzumaki family by adoption in order to protect him. While Naruto and Sasuke are struggling to protect Kawaki, Kara leader Jigen defeats them. Then Jigen locks Naruto up while letting Sasuke leave the castle. As a consequence of Boruto’s Karma, Momoshiki captures him, and Team 7 intervenes to save Naruto. Sasuke learns that the tsutsuki clan wants to dominate Jigen and all other Karma users after learning this information. While Amado travels to Konoha to request asylum in exchange for information, Koji Kashin challenges Jigen. This information reveals that the real leader of Kara is Isshiki, who has been occupying Jigen ever since he was betrayed by Kaguya when they arrived on Earth millennia ago, and that Karma permits the tsutsuki clan to resurrect through the host’s body. In the meanwhile, Kara’s revolt starts to take shape. Despite the fact that Koji murdered Jigen, forced Isshiki to reincarnate incorrectly, and eliminated Kawaki’s karma in the process, Isshiki is able to force Koji to escape before leaving to begin an attack on Konoha.
Isshiki searches unsuccessfully for Kawaki there. Naruto tackles him head-on and gets ready for combat. Sasuke and Naruto quickly chase Boruto and Isshiki when they are teleported out of the village by the character by means of another realm. As Boruto is Momoshiki’s vessel, Isshiki wishes to feed Boruto to his Ten Tails in order to develop a Divine Tree. Naruto uses his new power, the Baryon Mode, to defeat Isshiki before Kawaki can trick him, resulting in Isshiki’s death. However, Kurama’s life is lost as a result of this triumph. Sasuke’s Rinnegan was destroyed when Boruto, who was under the control of Momoshiki, stabbed him in the chest. However, Sasuke and Kawaki must take on Momoshiki while Boruto heals from his wounds. Isshiki requests that Code, who was guarding the Ten-Tails, carry out tsutsuki’s instructions by giving one of Kawaki or Boruto to the Ten-Tails, consuming the chakra fruit, and turning into tsutsuki. Isshiki makes this plea after being beaten. Ten-Tails were being protected by Code. Code swears solemnly that he will accompany Naruto, Sasuke, Kawaki, and Boruto to get revenge on Isshiki. He visits Boro’s cover and easily dispatches the guards there. He then releases one of Amado’s most potent cyborgs, which the previous owner had initially meant to kill. A female cyborg named Eida offers to help Code murder Naruto in exchange for his sparing Kawaki, with whom she may have a romantic connection. This is because her seductive skills keep her from experiencing true love. She is able to experience it with Kawaki and Boruto since her powers are ineffectual against tsutsuki and because they are already a part of them.
